Please note, shipping is not covered by any additional insurance to cover the cost of your order.
Sometimes couriers can loose a parcel and they will not refund any monies back unless the parcel has additional insurance cover.
This risk will lay with the customer and we shall not be responsible for issuing any refunds if the customer has not asked for additional cover.
If you would like additional insurance on the shipping of your parcel to cover full value please email scee@emperorfari.com and we will send you a quotation for additional insurance cover for your parcel shipment.
